5) We will only reserve the items for you for 48 hours. If payment hasn't been made in that period, we will have to let go the items for sale again.

6) No refunds or exchanges! Unless items are damaged. Damages during postage is not our responsibility as we will check the items thoroughly before posting out.

7) We will only use Pos Laju as it is more reliable. COD can be arranged but it's subjected to location and schedule for FREE! :D (min purchase of 3 items & above only)

8) Buyer is required to bank in the total amount eventhough we are gonna COD. This is to ensure there's no backouts. Hope you understand.

9) Non serious buyers/ backouts without informing/ doesn't show up during COD will be BLACKLISTED.
